Had a great experience here, the staff helped me out a lot with my requests. They even brought me a mini fridge when I asked — no charge. Breakfast was decent, and they had a wide range of options, very nice for starting the day.

Stayed at west end for 2 nights in an executive double room. the location is decent, close to the railway station. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. plus, the view of the arabian sea from the promenade is lovely!
